Apostle Frank Mwebesa is the founder and overseer of His Voice Ministries Intl. INC and Intercity Prayer Altars Network, a mandate that he received from the Lord in 2006 to call on all the peoples, nations, tribes and tongue, to turn away from their wicked ways and solely return to the Lord and Seek His Face and proclaim His sovereignty over the nations and specifically cities of the earth through prayer.
Apostle Frank has been involved in setting up prayer Altars unto the Lord in many cities of the United States of America originating from New England his assignment base.
In collaboration with other prayer warriors, he has activated a serious grass root prayer movement and revived churches back to a place of prayer to the glory of God. Through this call, Apostle Frank has seen many dwindling churches come back to life and most especially a great improvement in the spiritual environment with pockets of revival spreading across New England the previously called the “grave yard of the gospel”.
Apostle Frank is also the Founder and overseer for God’s Remnant conferences for the Youth and Young Adults that have seen hundreds of youths and young adults of all walks of life receive salvation and others recommitting their lives a new to the Lord.

Statement of Faith
He was crucified, died and was buried, then resurrected on the third day from the dead. He ascended into Heaven and is now seated at the right hand of God the Father.
We believe in the resurrection of the saved and the lost: the saved to the resurrection of life, the lost to eternal death.
We believe in the Holy Spirit who leads and equips us to fulfill the perfect will of our Father in our lives.
We believe in the Holiness, righteousness and purity of the Christians through repentance and doing according to the Word of God.
We believe in sanctity of Marriage. A marriage between a man and a woman, for the fulfilment of the commandment of God to mankind to be fruitful and multiply, fill the earth and govern it.
Children Ministry
Deuteronomy 11:18-19 Fix these words of mine in your hearts and minds; tie them as symbols on your hands and bind them on your foreheads. 19 Teach them to your children, talking about them when you sit at home and when you walk along the road, when you lie down and when you get up.
Our Check-in/Out System
We committed to providing a safe environment for all children and our team is equipped with background checks. We use a unique system where every child is given an identification tag matching that of the guardian and this tag is required at checkout time after service. Communication is kept between children and guardians through texts therefore we encourage you to have a phone that can receive text messages in case your child needs your support. After the initial check in, subsequent self-check-in should take no time.
What we believe
- We believe that the Voice of God is his word in the Bible. We count it true, dependable, relevant and useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training righteousness, so that a child of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work. 2 Timothy 3:16-17
- We believe that sin separates us from God. Isaiah 59:2
- We believe in the power of the Cross and that Jesus Christ died to save us from the enslavement of sin. Romans 5:6-8
- We believe that Jesus Christ is the son of the Living God and we accept him simply by confessing with our mouth that he is Lord and believing in our hearts that God raised him from the dead, then we receive salvation. Romans 10:9
- We believe in the forgiveness of sin. To receive freedom from sin you must confess your sins to God and change from all unrighteousness to receive the grace in the blood of Jesus that cleanses all sin. 1 John 1:9
- We believe that every individual should be fully equipped to serve God through baptism in water and being filled with the Holy Spirit. Acts 1:8
- We believe that every person is blessed and designed for success. Psalms 139:14
- We believe there is life after death to be spent either in Heaven or Hell and this is determined on your personal relationship with God. John 5:24.
